Election Day in the United States is the day set by law for the general elections. It occurs on the day after the first Monday in November. The 2013 United States general elections will be held on Tuesday, November 5, 2013. This off-year election will feature special elections to the United States Congress, gubernatorial and state legislative elections in a few states, as well as numerous citizen initiatives, mayoral races, and a variety of other local offices on the ballot. Today we picked books on strategy of campaigning and covering elections in media.

Jeff Evans, Master of Social Work (MSW) from ETRC will provide film screenings and discussions on November 16, November 23, and November 30. Topic: Leadership characteristics of the movie heroes. American Library, Media room. Start at 2.30  p.m.

On Friday, November 1st, American Library presented film screening and discussion with PC Volunteer Mr. Tommy Boyd. 

The European Union (EU) was established at the Maastricht Treaty on 1 November 1993 with 12 Member States. Today we picked books on European Union governments and policy.
