The Global UGRAD program provides opportunities for undergraduate students for full-time non-degree study in the United States. Undergraduate students from Ukraine can learn more about applying and download application materials by visiting the IREX/Ukraine website. The deadline for students to submit their Global UGRAD application is 5:00pm, Friday, February 28, 2014.

Applicants are encouraged to complete the application online. We ask students to read the instructions and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) carefully prior to beginning the application.

Applicants who cannot complete the application online may download and complete a paper application (two parts). Three (3) complete copies of all application materials must be received by an IREX office in one package by 5 p.m. Kyiv time on Friday, February 28, 2014.
