On June, 15th at Viktor Kytasty American Library at NaUKMA the workshop “Growing the potential for preserving biodiversity in Ukraine: the teachers’ network formation in the field of preserving biodiversity” will take place.
This workshop is organized by Public organization Ukrainian ecological club “Zelena Khvylya” and NaUKMA scholar –research center of paleobotanic research and preserving biodiversity. The aim of event is to present modern educational recourses developed by the Center for Biodiversity & Conservation (New York, the USA) and adapted by Ukrainian experts in the field of preserving biodiversity. Each of the presented topics has been developed by the specialists in appropriate field and successfully presented in the majority of world countries. Now this presentation is offered to Ukrainian teachers and professors.
The workshop takes place in terms of the project “Growing the potential for preserving biodiversity in Ukraine: creating the network and increasing the level of education” which is implemented by Ukrainian ecological club “Zelena Khvylya” together with Center for Biodiversity & Conservation (American Museum of Natural History, New York, the USA) with the support of the Netherlands Embassy and MAVA FOUNDATION POUR LA NATURE.
