Today American Library kept the event for participants of Winter School from Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University. This trainings for researchers in Pedagogy and Education Science was aimed to provide insight into academic integrity, information search, preparation of the research article. Trainings were held by Svitlana Chukanova (head of American Library) and Kozyr Margarita (Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University, department of pedagogy theoretics and history).

The civil rights movement profoundly changed American Life. The struggle of black Americans to claim basic freedoms and to bring an end to legal segregation provoked fierce white resistance and challenged the moral sensibilities of a nation; it continues to capture imagination of readers today. This week we picked books about African-American woman fighting for their rights.
