Children's Club meeting today gathered our young readers for a movie "Monsters, Inc", which they watched in English with subtitles. As a rule, children enlarged their vocabulary by learning new words, playing word games, talking about their favorite characters. Join Children's Club at American Library!

Second training today (on Wednesday, May 6) was dedicated to "Scientific resources of Open Access". Open access (OA) means unrestricted online access to peer-reviewed scholarly research. Open access is primarily intended for scholarly journals, but is also provided for a growing number of theses, book chapters, and monographs.

Today American Library held Training "Creating and editing articles in Wikipedia". Wikipedia - is a multilingual open encyclopedia written by volunteers around the world. During this training our readers could get acquainted with the rules of creation and editing articles in Wikipedia.
