Book of the Week: «Gardening: I can do it!» This week we picked a book for young gardeners who are eager to tackle a wide range of tasks - from growing flowers, vegetables, and herbs to keeping the garden under control and pests at bay! Children can discover how to select tools, plant seeds, and enjoy flowers indoors as well as outdoors.

Today American Library held training for students of Social Work School. Presenters from Electronic Resources Department delivered a lecture about Access service to electronic journals and databases, available at American Library and useful for future Social Workers.

People across the United States celebrate Flag Day on June 14 each year to honor the United States flag and to commemorate the flag's adoption. This week we picked books about United States of America, it's geography, historical dates, facts and figures, with useful interactive maps and colorful photos.
