American Library continues series of trainings for students, teachers and researchers. Training "Electronic Resources for students of Judaic studies" will be holding on Friday, October 10, at 15:00.

This week we decided to pick a collection of graphic design work selected by designers for designers. This resource concentrates on three key elements of design: 1) Layout - what makes a design's look compelling, whether it's found in a magazine, book, or simple restaurant menu. 2) Type - see how to stretch, alter, and successfully use type for any assigment. 3) Color - graphic design relies on color to get the message across.

On Wednesday, October the 8th, American Library and Electronic Resources Center of NaUKMA held training about "Science Metrics". Students, teachers and researchers learned about specifics and actual questions of research process, about finding networks of scientists with related researches, about financing the research, etc.

On Wednesday, October the 8th, American Library held training about Library usage for researchers. Students from Law programs discovered Electronic catalogs and Electronic databases with up-to-date scientific materials: dissertations, monographs, journals and magazines.
